X-Rite 361T - Memory Lost Message Appears When Powering Up

Problem: The display screen of the 361T shows a message of "Memory Lost" when turning the unit on.  Please enter calibration values.

Solution: The 361T densitometer has an internal Lithium battery that keeps the memory going even when the machine is turned off.  This helps keep the calibration values or any other settings you may have customized in its memory.  This battery must be replaced.  Contact the X-Rite Customer Service center for ordering information.

**If the battery has been replaced, but you still see the error, the problem could lie in the digital board and may need to be sent in for repair.
